We love your pets almost as much as you do! We want your pet to feel comfortable when they come and see us. We are working toward “fear Free” accreditation (see behaviour section). We use happy pheromones so that the clinic smells and feels good when your pet arrives. We schedule plenty of time for appointments, so there is no need to rush. You pets can explore the consult room and get comfortable while you chat with our staff. We can wait until your pet is comfortable before examining them.  If they are very fearful and unable to relax, we can offer sedation at the time, or to take home to give on a different day when you have rescheduled.

We also love puzzles, and will work toward solving any problems you are having with your pet. We have a holistic approach and will often talk with your at length to understand as much as possible about the history of your pet’s problem, potential environmental issues that may be involved, and what your main concerns and objectives are.  Some puzzles are simple, but many are complicated, and may take multiple diagnostic tests and even trial treatment before we have an answer.  Of course our main objective is getting your pet well and back home with you as soon as possible.
