"These guys are amazing! Earlier this year we put down our Molly. The care and support of the vets made the passing of our darling created a smooth passage to heaven. Now we have another lovely happy furry friend who brings us so much joy- albeit a little overweight the vets have given us suggestions about weight related food suggestions after we came home. “By far the best Veterinary service we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Having just experienced the heart breaking decision to let our dog go this week, Leanne and Harry + the team at Murray River Animal Hospital were extremely professional and highly empathetic during this time. Leanne arrived at my home last night with a beautiful bunch of flowers and a hand written card for my family. These people are the epitome of going above and beyond for their customers. “A very heart felt thank you to the team at MRAH, with a special mention to Dr Leanne. We got some very shocking and unexpected news regarding our dog Conan this week, Dr Leanne explained everything very gently and thoughtfully to us, made all our options clear and respected and supported our decision. Two days later when it was time for our boy to leave us, her and the team made sure not only Conan, but my partner and I were comfortable and supported. They helped us make arrangements and gave us some options for after he was gone, made sure the procedure was peaceful, and gave us as much time with Conan as we needed to say goodbye. Thank you to Dr Leanne for allowing us to give Conan the best few days of his life before it was time to say goodbye, and thank you to the whole team for your efforts in making such a horrible time so much more peaceful for us.”
