Expert surgical care with modern anaesthetics, constant monitoring, and a passionate vet team. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always our priority.
Our vets are passionate about surgery and love when they can solve a problem with surgical intervention. Our vets have years of experience, pay careful attention to detail and use the latest advances in pain relief and anaesthetic medications
Our veterinarian’s soft tissue surgical skills are excellent, and the quality of anaesthetic care is always gold standard, with 1-2 nurses constantly monitoring every anaesthetised pet, a SurgivetTM monitoring machine continuously reporting on the heart, respiration, CO2 buildup, blood pressure, and with active warming for all patients. This is human standard of care and is not standard in all veterinary clinics.
Q: Can I call if I am worried during surgery?
A: Of course! Even if we are busy operating on your pet, our receptionists can relay messages and help set your mind at ease.
Q: What can I do if my pet is painful after surgery?
A: Every pet, like every person, manages pain differently. If the pain relief your pet has been given is inadequate for your pet, please call our clinic any time and our team or our after hours triage vets will help find a solution.
Q: Do you use the same drugs and machines as in human surgery?
A: We absolutely do. Most of the medications we use are the same as those used in paediatric surgery. The monitoring machines are a veterinary version of the same thing.
