Meet Abbey W
Abbey is an exceptional trainee, having joined MRAH in November 2022. She has completed her Certificate II in Animal Studies and is currently studying her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing as she continues to grow her career in the industry she loves.
With previous experience as a kennel hand, Abbey knew early on that working with animals was her calling. Her move to MRAH confirmed that veterinary nursing is the perfect path for her — and we’re so thrilled to have her on board.

Abbey brings an enthusiastic, can-do attitude to the clinic, paired with a genuine love for providing gentle, stress-free care to every patient. She’s the kind of person who can calm a nervous pet and have the whole team laughing in the process. Abbey’s always up for a joke, a bit of banter, and never shies away from jumping in wherever she’s needed—she’s the queen of juggling a million tasks with a smile. She’s proud to be part of a team that balance stop-tier veterinary medicine with compassion, empathy—and plenty of fun along the way.
