Meet Dr. Elly Jackson
Elly brings energy, empathy, and expertise to every consultation. Known for her infectious laugh and outgoing personality, she has a special gift for helping both pets and their owners feel at ease. After splitting her time between MRAH and Fur Life Vet Albury, Elly joined our team full-time in 2024, and we couldn’t be happier to have her.
Outside of the clinic, Elly’s all about the outdoors. She spends her downtime trail running, hiking, and keeping up with her spirited Kelpie x Whippet, River.
Past Experience & Specialties –
- Began her journey volunteering at Healesville Animal Sanctuary and South Oakleigh Wildlife Shelter
- Graduated with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Science (Animal Health & Disease) from the University of Melbourne
- Completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with Distinction in 2020
- Strong focus on diagnostic imaging, including Abdominal Ultrasound, Thoracic Radiology & Echocardiography
- Passionate about medical case workups and completed a Diabetes Masterclass in 2022
- Loved by clients for her approachable, down-to-earth nature and ability to explain complex conditions with clarity
