Meet Dr. Sarah Peacock
Sarah has always had a heart for animals — it’s a passion that began in childhood and grew into a fulfilling career in veterinary care. After graduating from Charles Sturt University in 2016 with a double degree in Veterinary Biology and Veterinary Science, she returned home to be closer to family. Since then, she’s worked exclusively in small animal practice and is now one of our respected Senior Associate Veterinarians.
Sarah brings a deep sense of empathy to every consultation, treating every pet like her own and making sure their owners feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys life on her family’s beef cattle farm with her husband, two kids, and their pets — Squirt the Jack Russell and Nina the tortie cat. Her favourite ways to unwind include motorbike riding, yoga, archery, and a good cuddle with the fur-kids.
Past Experience & Specialties –
- Graduated with a double degree in Veterinary Biology/Veterinary Science from Charles Sturt University in 2016
- Worked exclusively in small animal practice for nearly a decade
- Special interest in senior pet care and ensuring optimal quality of life
- Completed multiple advanced courses in small animal medicine, including endocrine emergencies
- Passionate about soft tissue surgery, with a knack for solving complex surgical cases
- Plays a lead training role for our team in cytology and ultrasound as a Senior Associate
- Brings a strong farm background, balancing clinic life with hands-on cattle work on her family farm
