Past Experience & Specialties –

Hannah’s experience in the animal care industry is as broad as it is inspiring:

• A local veterinary clinic – Trainee Vet Nurse
  ‍Assisted with cleaning, lab testing, patient care, reception, and vet support while completing her Cert II in Animal Care.
  
  

• Corryong Veterinary Services – Veterinary Nurse
  Gained hands-on experience in a mixed animal clinic, assisting with surgical nursing, lab work, reception, and patient care – all while working alongside her mum, who inspired her veterinary path.
  
  
• Animal Welfare League QLD – Veterinary Nurse
  This role gave Hannah a whole new perspective on the animal care industry. She provided medical and emotional care to homeless animals, completed behaviour assessments, and even became a foster carer to five rescue dogs. Seeing animals find their forever homes remains one of her most rewarding experiences.
  
  
• Murray River Animal Hospital – Junior Veterinary Nurse
  Hannah is a valuable member of our team, assisting with surgical nursing, diagnostics, consultations, and patient care. She thrives in our supportive, knowledge-sharing environment and loves helping clients understand how to best care for their pets.

Outside the Clinic

Hannah lives with her two beloved dogs, Bailey (a 6-year-old Lab X rescue) and Annie (a lively 4-year-old Jack Russell Terrier), plus her cheeky cockatiel, Frankie, who was once a stray she couldn’t help but adopt.

Growing up on a farm in the Upper Murray surrounded by animals (and a veterinary nurse mum!), Hannah was destined for a life in animal care.

In her spare time, she enjoys walks and swims at the Hume Weir with her partner and pups, and loves indulging her old-soul hobbies like baking, crochet, and reading.
