Meet Lily

Lily is our exceptional Practice Manager and Senior Veterinary Nurse, known for her deep passion for animals and commitment to stress-free care. Since joining MRAH in early 2022, she has helped guide the hospital through a significant period of growth.

Lily is also the founder of Lily & Co Dog Training, where she promotes positive, force-free training techniques, helping both pets and owners thrive.

Her love for animals extends well beyond the clinic — on weekends, she’s hands-on with her own furry and feathered family, including dogs, cats, horses, guinea pigs, poultry, and more!

Her knowledge of the working of the veterinary industry and how to have it benefit our individual vet clinic has significantly improved our efficiency, helped minimise waste and maximise the benefits we can receive from our supplier companies.

Her deep compassion and care for each individual staff member has resulted in staff morale that is commented on by visiting professionals. Her Veterinary knowledge means the nurses have someone they can call on who is readily available to confidently help when the vets are otherwise occupied. Her deep knowledge, experience and gift for animal behaviour is what truly sets us apart, and has improved our ability to help and manage troublesome behaviour in pets with confidence and an exceptional success rate.
