
Summer heat can be dangerous for our pets, and heat stroke can become life-threatening very quickly. Knowing the warning signs can save your pets life.
𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞:
- Panting heavily or excessively drooling
- Rapid heartbeat or weakness
- Vomiting or diarrhoea
- Bright red or pale gums
- Collapse or unresponsiveness

Move your pet to a cool area, offer small amounts of water, and contact the vet immediately on (02) 6054 1838 – heat stroke can be fatal if not treated promptly!
