Emergency                          Call:  6054 1838   on your way

In an emergency, please call the clinic so we can prepare for your arrival, and prioritise services for your pet with a minimum of delay. When a critically injured or unwell animal is arriving, everyone appreciates a call ahead. We will always do our best to treat critical patients as quickly as possible.

While we get ready for your arrival we also warn waiting clients that we will need to see you when you arrive, and we phone clients with appointments to reschedule non-urgent procedures. Everyone understands that critical cases must be seen quickly, however not everyone has time to wait, so with warning, we can allow clients to reschedule if needed.

It can be terrifying when you are faced with an emergency involving your own pet or one that you are helping with.

Please try to stay calm to give us as much information as possible so we can give you the best advice.

Bring any useful products, such as current medication, or product packaging if your pet has ingested a potential poison. Knowing the the exact composition and concentration of the ingredients is incredibly helpful, time saving and sometimes life saving..
