Please call ahead. We have a carefully arranged schedule of consultation appointments, and surgical time, so unless it is an emergency, we cannot accommodate “walk in” consultations.

​If you have a critically injured or unwell animal, please call ahead to allow us to get ready for your arrival and warn waiting clients that we will need to see you when you arrive. Everyone understands that critical cases must be seen quickly, however not everyone has time to wait, so with warning, we can allow clients to reschedule if needed.
