RACHAEL MACPHERSON-WOOD (aka Rach)

Rach is one of our wonderful Senior Veterinary Nurses who has recently returned to us after taking maternity leave. When she first completed school, she went straight into studying her Certificate IV in Veterinary nursing and has since been working in nursing roles for 9 years!
Rach’s specialties withing Veterinary nursing are radiology and surgery but generally speaking, she is proud of the stress-free approach our clinic offers and the rewarding results she gets to see from this.
Rach is a local girl, originally from Yackandandah and now residing in Baranduda with her hubby and her adorable daughter. She has always had a love for animals and grew up with every type of animal you could possibly think of. She keeps it more on the simple side now with her 3 cats, Herbie, Rua, and Zali, and a three-legged dog, Peggy.
